I paint my environment – the sounds of the city, the cadence of the traffic, the structure of the architecture and the jumble of my studio. Sometimes I suggest familiar shapes, while at other times the images are distilled to become pure abstraction.
Color dynamics and gestural lines express the energy of urban life. Painting in acrylics and drawing in colored pencil, I invite the viewer on a journey of visual discovery.
