LIGHTER FARE OPTIONS

Hummus Dip with Toasted Pita Wedges:  Traditional hummus served with toasted pita chips prepared in-house

Sweet and Sour Meatballs: Beef and veal in our chef’s own sweet-and-sour sauce

Chicken Bites:  Panko-sesame breaded breast meat with a tangy honey-mustard sauce

Cheese Display:  A display of hard and soft cheeses, decorated with fresh fruit and served with assorted crackers

Oriental Dumplings:  Vegetable-filled dumplings served with mandarin dipping sauce

Asparagus Display:  Fresh-blanched asparagus with a lemon mousseline

Ham and Biscuits:  Delicious Virginia ham with homemade biscuits

Tea Sandwiches:  Chicken salad, cucumber, watercress, and tomato
